Can you use partner commanders of different colors together and does the color identity include both?

Short answer
Yes. Partner commanders can be used together, and your deck's color identity is the combined color identity of both commanders.

In Commander, the Partner ability (CR 702.123) allows you to designate two legendary creatures as your commanders, provided both have the Partner keyword (or the specific "Partner with [name]" variant that matches each other). This is an exception to the normal rule that you may only have one commander.

When you have two commanders, your deck's color identity is the union of both commanders' color identities (CR 903.4). Every mana symbol, color indicator, and characteristic-defining ability on both cards contributes to that combined identity. Your deck may contain cards of any color found on either commander.

For example, if you pair Tana, the Bloodsower (Red/Green) with Tymna the Weaver (White/Black), your combined color identity is White, Black, Red, and Green — so your deck may include cards of those four colors, but not Blue cards.

Both commanders start in the Command Zone at the game's beginning. They can be played independently at any time you could cast a commander, and the commander tax (CR 903.8) tracks each one separately — casting Tana multiple times only increases Tana's tax, not Tymna's.
