Does Leyline of Anticipation let you cast sorceries at instant speed?

Leyline of Anticipation reads: "You may cast spells as though they had flash." Flash is the keyword ability defined in CR 702.8, which means a spell can be cast any time you could cast an instant. This explicitly overrides the normal timing restriction on sorceries.

Normally, sorcery spells can only be cast during your main phase when the stack is empty and you have priority (CR 307.1).
