Does rampage stack if a creature blocks a creature with multiple rampage triggers?

Short answer
Yes. Each instance of Rampage triggers separately and they all stack, granting cumulative bonuses for each blocker beyond the first.

Rampage is a triggered ability that triggers once per instance whenever the creature with rampage becomes blocked. If a creature has multiple instances of rampage (e.g., Rampage 2 and Rampage 3), each instance triggers separately when the creature becomes blocked (CR 702.23a).

Each rampage trigger gives a bonus of +N/+N for each creature blocking beyond the first. So if a creature has Rampage 1 and Rampage 2, and it is blocked by 3 creatures, each trigger sees 2 'extra' blockers. The Rampage 1 trigger gives +2/+2 and the Rampage 2 trigger gives +4/+4, for a total of +6/+6 on top of the base stats (CR 702.23b).

This is consistent with the general rule that multiple instances of the same triggered ability each trigger and resolve independently (CR 112.3). Nothing causes them to merge or cap each other.

Example: You control a creature with both Rampage 1 and Rampage 2. Your opponent blocks it with 3 creatures. Two creatures are 'beyond the first,' so Rampage 1 gives +2/+2 and Rampage 2 gives +4/+4. The attacking creature gets a total of +6/+6 for the combat phase.

Note that rampage only triggers once per instance per block event, regardless of how many blockers there are — the number of blockers beyond the first is calculated at resolution (CR 702.23b). If the creature somehow gained two instances of Rampage 1, it would get two separate +N/+N bonuses, both stacking together.
